Privacy policy
Lunatix is a marketplace where fans buy and sell concert tickets. This page says what we collect, why, and who sees it. If anything here is unclear, email support@lunatix.io.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name and email address when you create an account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
- Ticket-transfer email. The email address tied to your ticketing account, so a seller can transfer tickets to you.
- Payment details. Card payments and seller payouts are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of each order, its amount, and its status.
- Orders, offers, and listings. The prices you offer or list, which events they're for, and what happened to them.
- Event requests. The event, venue, date, and email you give us when you ask us to open a market.
- Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser, and pages visited, used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To run the marketplace: match offers with listings, process payments, hold funds until after the event, and pay sellers.
- To deliver tickets: we show your transfer email to the one seller matched with your order, only while that transfer is open.
- To email you about your orders, listings, and transfers. We don't send marketing email.
- To resolve problems, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Who sees it
- Clerk (accounts and sign-in), Stripe (payments and payouts), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and Neon (database). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
- The seller matched to your order sees your transfer email so they can send the tickets. Your login email stays private.
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Cookies
- We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don't use advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
- We keep your account and order history while your account is open, and order records afterwards as long as payment and tax rules require.

Changes
- We'll update this page when our practices change and note the date at the top.
